Run down property For the price the hotel met our need of a place to sleep overnight. Butvthe condition of the property was very bad. The exterior entryway had colllapsed so there was police tape all over the entrance and the elevator was "out of order" so we carried our bags up the stairs. We usually stay at a Hampton Inn when we are in Memphis and will be going back to that.

Terrible We were suppose to have a double suite and needed up with a king suite, which didn’t work out well for having kids with us

They're in need of an upgrade and a better cleaning crew, BUT the staff was very nice. Main issue is the cleaniness of the rooms. I decided not to stay in the room and got my refund back with no issues

Horrible unsanitary filthy experience PLace was old dirty and felt and looked not clean. staff was nice but i could not stay even 2 hours there due to the filth and smell. I checked out and manager gave me a refund

Not What Was Expected. I cancelled my stay Extended Stay after looking at two separate rooms. The first room had what looked like pet stain spots on carpet that had been cleaned. Bed was shabby, stove top had rusty toppers. Bathtub drain had rust and gooey looking substance in it. Second room, bathroom in similar condition.
