Intrusive scan of ID documents and unnecessary signature.
The parking lot had not been cleared of ice at all. I fell in the parking lot because of it. The clerk that checked us in double charged me. The room was very worn and not clean. The entire interior smelled like marijuana. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
Rooms were dirty. I had to switch to another room and the new room was also dirty and the door lock would not secure. I had to check out the next morning. Property owner could not be contacted. Was not able to get refunded for the days booked in advanced.
Staff was kind but the room was dirty
There is no breakfast due to new owner but the customers are still paying regular price for the room. Unprofessional at the highest!
