Quick stay The rooms and staff all together were nice the sheets smelled very clean! The only problem was my husband and I saw 2 roaches in our room grossed us out glad it was just an overnight stay and glad we didn't carry any bags in with us, sure don't want to carry those home with us!

Disappointed Room was not ready when checking in @4:00 pm, room smells like dead fish, beds not made, dirty towels on floor, staff got us another room,after they checked it out,

Help Room was dirty, wall needed paint, key pad to entry hall was broken, bot the bathroom was clean, and good water pressure, water faucet needed to be replaced, heating system was noisy, the fan was losing a bearing,

Roaring Train Air Conditioner Everything was great until I turned on the air conditioner and the knob on the shower was stripped. I am handicapped. I asked for another room but nothing was available. Very disappointed

You hear floor squeaking The hotel is not as nice as other Extended Stay's I've stayed at in other city's. The flooring at this hotel must be wood and not concrete. You can hear the squeaking of guest walking the floors above you and in the flooring as you walk the halls. Plus the room carpet was in bad shape and the toilet had problems.

Very Dissapointed I booked a one bedroom suite for a week. The room smelled funny. We found out this was because the air conditioner would flood the bedroom on occasion. I asked to be moved and the second room's air conditioner would only put out hot air and the dishwasher didn't work. We just pushed through the week since we mainly just used the hotel to sleep and wash up in. I will promise one thing. I will never stay at a extended stay hotel again. There are way better hotels in Memphis for the money this hotel charges.

Awful facility Our room was full of roaches. The staff tried to accomodate us, however this facility was dirty and just NASTY!!!
