Very Dissapointed I booked a one bedroom suite for a week. The room smelled funny. We found out this was because the air conditioner would flood the bedroom on occasion. I asked to be moved and the second room's air conditioner would only put out hot air and the dishwasher didn't work. We just pushed through the week since we mainly just used the hotel to sleep and wash up in. I will promise one thing. I will never stay at a extended stay hotel again. There are way better hotels in Memphis for the money this hotel charges.

Awful facility Our room was full of roaches. The staff tried to accomodate us, however this facility was dirty and just NASTY!!!

Terrible hotel. Drawer was broken. Leak in the bathroom. Stayed there over two weeks. African American staff was awesome. Caucasian staff was very rude.

Not clean Bathroom smells like urine. Bed sheets not clean, smell like sweat, never been washed. Found cocroches in the bathroom. Overall not clean room

Difficulty checking in I arrived at the hotel after a long drive. I booked my room 2-3 hours in advance. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the desk. There was a sign that stated something like "we're currently assisting other guests". After a minute or two, an associate came out of a room that was behind the desk. Roaches Roaches and MORE Roaches I will not recommend you book this hotel unless you want to take ROACHES back home with you! This has to be a known issue because when I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk he didn't blink at all, nor did he seem surprised... The location was great but at what cost? I must have saw at least 15 roaches while I was preparing to check out! I was mortified... DO NOT BOOK THIS ROACH MOTEL!!!!
