We booked our room through Expedia and it was a nightmare to get checked in because your hotel had no record of the reservation. It took a while to get it straightened out(after driving over 11+ hours with a group of 11-not fun). If expedia says you don't have to call to reconfirm the reservation- you'd better do it anyway.

Stay away and book somewhere else The room stinks! The room wasn't clean. AC is not blowing cold air. No coffeemaker inside the room. Carpet is filthy. Bathroom is so outdated. Never again will I choose to stay at this hotel.

Poor management- short staffed Checked in at 8 PM. Only One staff member in whole hotel and she had less than adequate customer service. Hallway still had trash and dirty laundry from housekeeping tasks as if they left without finishing their job! Room was nice but toilet overflowed on my test flush (routine for me after previous bad experiences!). No maintenance was on site so I had to switch rooms. Worst Experience of my 19 years of travel Booked 2 rooms. We arrived at 11pm. Only one room was ready. I was told the other one probably wouldn’t be ready that night. We were only booked for 1 night. I had my wife, 6 kids, my sister and my dog with me. We all had to cram in one room. The hotel overall seemed dirty. Reservation, what reservation I made a reservation a month ahead of our stay. After a long day of travel, we were turned away because the hotel was full. The staff was not very nice about it and just said it didn’t matter that we had a reservation. Sometimes people stay longer. We found another hotel for the night and will not be giving extended stay any more business.

Horrible Service!! We arrived at 7:00 pm when the room was supposed to be ready by 3:00 pm. Had to wait an additional 2 hours until our room was ready. It was rediculous!!! At least it was clean when it finally was ready.

Now a good place to stay. There wasn't any cups, plates or dishes in the kitchen. The hide-a-bed mattress was filthy and very uncomfortable. I had to ask for sheets and pillows for the hide-a-bed and the hotel only had one pillow which they had to hunt for. There was only one title bottle of shampoo. The carpets were dirty and very worn. Wi-Fi was not available.

Filthy There was hair in the garbage, dead bugs in the bathroom and standing water that was there long enough to build up scum. Never again!! I will never chance another Extended Stay
