First, the staff was great! Onto the actual facilities: Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke, to the point that I thought we were assigned a smoking room. When I went to the front desk, they told me the whole hotel was non-smoking and we were easily moved. No big deal. Our second room had all of the couch cushions flipped up, not sure what happened on the couch while the room was cleaned, but I got the impression they were airing it out. Avoid this hotel We did not have a good experience at all. The room had a strange smell and the bathtub was clogged. This issue was not resolved even though we reported the problem to the staff. Our room was not cleaned, even the trash can was not emptied though we were out of the room most of the day. I will not stay in this hotel chain again.

Pool out of action during a hot Summer spell It was very disappointing to have a room overlooking an empty pool! From the day we arrived the pool was closed, then drained, had maintenance done and then re-filled but not opened on the day we checked out - we were there for 10 days in hot Memphis Summer heat. Whilst the room itself was comfortable I would not stay again and it was not particularly cheap compared with other hotels in the vicinity.

The room had an odor and we required it to be cleaned. The fire alarm get off in our room and no one could find the problem. We did not cook, burn, or leave items on in this room.

Swimming pool is broken Had to request plates forks basically everything for the kitchen to be

1st and last time staying here!!!! The bathroom was dirty it was a hole in the ceiling. We stayed 3 days and didn’t get any type of room service. After we mention it to the hotel staff. You would think being in a nice area the room would be kinda nice. Not at all!!!!

Trash all over hallway when we arived no dishes or hair dryer in room. When we did get hair dryer tbe outlet didnt work showrr leaked. The breakfast was worthless no food. When i ask about it i was told i had a kitchrn in my room. Wr had people nexy to our room fighting in the night this is the worst hotel i have ever been too !!!!!! I dont think i will ever use extended stay america again!

Experience was extremely disappointing. Got in late but had a reservation and had to wait for staff to even wait on us. Did not have even a glass to use in my room. No hair Dryer. (only the holder). Not a good experience at all.
