I had to be moved into another room because the room I had the bed was not made and the sheets were just sitting on the countertop. There was also a smell of something burning in the room as well.

Needs Some Love from the Corporate Office Front desk staff is A+ Price is A+ Rooms are C- The place is in desperate need of a revamp. Furniture is scratched, beat-up. Bathrooms are rough (soap scum in tubs, floor). Kitchenettes are kinda smelly & stink up the room. Just ok The thing that bothered me the most was they offered grab and go breakfast. But when you try and grab and go nothing was available. Whe. You ask the front desk they said we are all out. So could not even get coffee. They did not try and even check to make sure they had no more muffins, coffee, or granola bars. It was very nice for our long weekend purpose. Only once did we hear loud voices in the hallway. The staff quickly and with a smile, took care of our requests for utensils and coffeemaker.
