Nice room very clean but remote and microwave didn’t work. Also, no maid sevice

Everything was nice except there wasn’t any breakfast

So-So Stay I was charged an additional $128 deposit when I checked in - which Expedia noted to be $100. I asked the front desk clerk if I was being charged for the room that I'd already paid for, and she said it was a deposit and for verification that I was the card holder. She also stated that the deposit wouldn't be processed, but only any incidental charges that I incurred. The day after I checked out, the entire $128 deposit was processed against my account. Clean, but uncomfortable bed. Lot of walking to get to room. Plus, on third night of stay my key would not work even after additional trip to front desk for rekeying. Third trip to room with staff got me in. Clean, but bed was so hard that I'm still sore on the outside of both my thighs (side sleeper)....Secluded, but safety did not appear to be problem.
