The hotel room was nice and clean. The location is great; right off Germantown parkway and close to everything. My only complaint was that my room was booked for the wrong dates even though my email confirmation had the correct dates. The hotel luckily had an open room for me. When I got to the hotel they had given me the wrong room. Again, luckily they had another room for me. Other than that, my stay here was great. I would book at this hotel again.

Hotel was tucked away and nice and quiet. The only problem we had was that our room smelled bad. The person/persons before us had left trash and not sure if this was the reason since it still smelled the next morning.

Great place to stay! I absolutely loved my stay here. The entire staff was super friendly even maintenance and housekeeping. I was always greeted by someone which rarely happens and isn't expected but is very nice. The manger was the sweetest most accommodating lady. She gifted my son with a little little bear because she heard him babbling about it to me and I really appreciated that, he can be a little mean but she was very sweet. Nice stay We were told by a resident that the part of Memphis our motel was in was a high crime area due to being by the mall. We parked under a street light close to the entrance. No problems. Everything was nice. It was a big room and comfortable.

Overnight stay for conference at LeBonheur. Great location. Good quick check in. Stayed on 1st floor. Comfortable king bed. Doors were not sound proof so heard other doors opening and closing. Would stay again.
