Everything was great until I checked my bank statement. My room was prepaid and I still needed a debit card for incidental fees. I was charged an additional $56. I called the front desk and she did apologize and my card will be refunded. Still no reason WHY I was even charged❗️

Clean, Friendly, Safe, Convenient, Concern Nice clean facilities, any concerns we had were handled immediately in a professional manner. I was cooking New Years dinner for the family and was given extra pots to accommodate my five coarse meal. Express their condolence about the lost of our 101 year old mother. Greeted us each time we returned with a warm smile. Enjoyed my stay and will be staying there each time I come to Cordova. Love the staff

So-So Stay I was charged an additional $128 deposit when I checked in - which Expedia noted to be $100. I asked the front desk clerk if I was being charged for the room that I'd already paid for, and she said it was a deposit and for verification that I was the card holder. She also stated that the deposit wouldn't be processed, but only any incidental charges that I incurred. The day after I checked out, the entire $128 deposit was processed against my account.
