Nice Staff, interiors could use work. Will you have what you need, yes. Will you have to ask for it, yes. This facilities provides kitchenettes, but you must specifically ask for what you need from the front desk. The room is a fine size, and was in generally good condition, but there were some rough edges that were hard to overlook. The satellite TV was fuzzy and although you could rotate it to either room, if you had people on both sides of the wall, only one of you can watch TV. overall a good stay When looking for a place to stay we knew we wanted to stay at a hotel that offered a kitchenette, we have stayed in an Extended Stay America before and knew that it would fit our needs, was not disappointed at all, room was clean, spacious, the other amenities were up to par, pool was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, couple of minor complaint was that there was no ice machine, sure we could make ice cubs in our room but we like to take a cooler with us on our outings and that was no... read more

Girls Trip We had a great stay for a girls trip. Came into town for shopping and The Little Mermaid musical. There were six of us and we chose this hotel because we could stay in 1 suite and it is very close to the Wolfchase mall and shopping area. It was clean and comfortable but is in need of some updates. However; we would definitely stay here again.
