Girls Trip We had a great stay for a girls trip. Came into town for shopping and The Little Mermaid musical. There were six of us and we chose this hotel because we could stay in 1 suite and it is very close to the Wolfchase mall and shopping area. It was clean and comfortable but is in need of some updates. However; we would definitely stay here again.

Good location The first desk gal was super nice and very helpful. Room felt a little cramped but it did have a kitchenette, though we didn't need it. There was a bad smell in the room. When we opened the sofa bed for one of the kids to sleep there, thee were no linens, either on it or anywhere in the room. We just used the bedspread from the king bed. Pool was nice.

Great hotel, hidden location Check in was delightful and the lobby looked very clean (pictures are accurate). The room was very spacious and linens and towels were clean. The continental breakfast leaves much to be desired but the hotel and staff are fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants/fast-food locations to get food and there is a mall and a number of other stores (Target, Best Buy, CVS, etc) for convenience and shopping. The hotel is a bit hidden but I would consider it one of the better hotels I have stayed in.

Room extremely dirty, bathroom pee all around Bad experience, I had 2 nights reservation after the first night I decided to book somewhere else and lose that night. Staff was nice

We were given the key to our room and when we opened the door we walked in on someone getting into the shower. The entire room REEKED of animal urine and feces. I don’t understand the high reviews but definitely don’t trust them! Also, got to breakfast at 7:30 to be told there wasn’t any breakfast. Never again. We debated just sleeping in our vehicle.

The staff was nice and check in went smoothly. But there were used towels in the bathroom and #2 in toilet. The sheets were stain and the floor was dirty. If the noise from the kids didn’t keep you up at night the loud air conditioner did.
