Waited 20 minutes at check in for anyone to show up. Person was not welcoming at all. No smile. No personality. Only spoke when he had to. All glass surfaces (windows and doors) were very dirty. Mattresses were great! Breakfast was gone by 830 even though they were supposed to supply it until 9:00. Very disappointing.
The hotel is very outdated and in need of serious upgrades. The staff are doing a great job with what they have, but you can only paint over holes so many times. Pool was closed prior to our check in. I would of never booked this hotel if I knew the pool was closed. Very disappointed kids when they saw the lime green jello water in the pool.
Indie not like staying in a small room with a person in a wheelchair
Room was very small, run down. It's a maze to get to the hotel and it's very junky outside the building and surrounding area. The halls smelled of weed. We not be returning!

Not clean; smelt like skunk Stained carpet, walls and tub.

This is less than a 2 star hotel. They were supposed to supply cooking and eating utensils. They had no bowl or large plates and only one drinking glass. (There were two of us) Drawers in vanity and kitchen cabinets would not open all off the tracks. Room 143

Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed It was dirty it was just nasty the TV was crooked on the wall the chair had a hole and a rip in the middle of it there was Roaches on the floor it stunk very bad
