Date night all wrong Check in great room was so dirty (urine on toilet and floor)ask to change was told couldn’t but after photos sent to manager we were moved to a lot smaller room not. Suite which we paid for.. after moving room had evidence from previous guests hair, cap pen, dirty tissue in drawer… was not a great experience

We stopped in here after booking online while traveling through home from vacation. Check in took a long time and she wasn’t sure where our room was because she was new-not her fault. But the outside had people hanging in their cars, yelling and stumbling around. I got back out to the car with my family and didn’t feel safe enough to park or go back in. I’m sure I just lost out on the money but we left and never even went into the room

Property wasn’t clean. When I turned the heat on in the room, it created a smell and smoke. This even turned on the smoke alarm. The room itself was old and dirty. Tub was in disrepair and the furniture was a mess. The only good thing was the staff. Extended Stay needs to invest in the property as it could be a gem given its location.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. They had to give us another room because the first one wasn’t clean at all, dirty towels was everywhere, tub wasn’t clean, toilet wasn’t clean, had a bad smell in it, windows was open and also the bed wasn’t made… even though we got a new room, the new room bed wasn’t stable. We sat on the end of the bed and the bed literally came off the rails, we had to put it back on the rails. Will never book here again!!!
