Room terrible dirty , found condom in toilet dirt on the wood floor wet stains on table top I’m not sure this room was cleaned before my arrival . And felt extremely unsafe

My room was molded from the air conditioning leaking

It was horrible the first pull out bed was bad. The night clerk was rude. They are not kid friendly. Babies will cry when they cant talk.

The property is old and there is visible wear and tear on many of the windows, walls, and doors. This property needs to be rehabilitated.

The irony is rich. The room was very nice. It was clearly designed for extended stay. The facilities (what I saw) were well kept. The first problem was that it took the desk clerk awhile to show up to check me in. There was a sign saying he/she was assisting another customer. But he had food on his mouth when he finally appeared out of the back room. The fire alarm went off late in the evening. The room had me itching- Couch has urine stains and urine odor.

Fridge didn't keep anything cold. The pullout sofa was horrible and couldn't sleep the windows were able to be opened from the outside

Stains all over flooring. Mold on ceilings and walls in bathroom. Dirty countertops. Cabinetry filthy. Pillows smelled awful.
