Staff was very friendly. Portions of the room were quite dated but yet others looked recently remodeled. I was dissappointed there was no ice machine.

A decent overnight stay - spare for cold shower. The rooms are dated and overall in mediocre condition. The beds were relatively comfortable and rooms had plenty of space. The big complaint is that the shower temperature never reached above cool, barely lukewarm; to the point where you had to shower as fast as possible as if you were at a cabin or outdoors...perhaps expectable in those circumstances but at an Extended Stay in Brookfield, WI you should be able to expect hot water. So-So Friendly staff. Not a “hotel”. They do not offer daily room cleaning.

Not what I was expecting The hotel was dirty and more rundown than the last time I stayed there. Staff charged me for an “upgrade” because the room I reserved was unavailable. Good thing I pay close attention to my receipts and check out with a actual person instead of assuming everything is taken care of.
