Nice for a longer stay The room was nice, clean, with space to move around and with 2 queen beds (not doubles!). The kitchen area was a bonus for cooking our own meals although it took the service desk 5 hours to get us the kitchen appliances and utensils. Overall would I stay again? YES
Call ahead to be sure they have your reservation Good location. Having booked thru hotels.com has never been an issue anywhere else but here. 25 min. later we asked to just be allowed a room so we could head to the Cubs game. It was already paid in Feb. for which I showed proof of the reservation history. Other than that, the bathroom could have been cleaner. Thanks
Not bad! This hotel is amazingly located. From closed stores to amusement parks, beaches. They're all closed. The bad side is the room service. I stayed 7 🌃 and not even one room service. I was told that it happens every 7 days from your checking. Too bad! I have never seen it.
This review is completely honest. Lets just say this hotel is a little out of date. When i checked in, the front desk was really nice. When we got to the room, it was decent. Everhthing was clean, and you do get a full fridge and a couple burners. Beds are actually pretty comfy. The bathroom is strange because the shower isnt a tub, its on the same level as the rest of the bathroom. There is a lip, but water still went over it. bad TV service on local channels The first 2 days I stayed there, they were out of coffee in the lobby (or at least the wait was more than 10 minutes). Not sure how well the room was cleaned, as the chrome fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen were smudged rather than shiny, and the handle to open the refrigerator was not clean.
