Didnt stay. I accidentally left my DL, but had work ID, CC, and SS card and email confirmation. Still couldnt get my room.

They didn’t have any rooms clean and I had to wait over an hr for the girl to check the rooms I paid online already plus she told what’s with wrong with the room I asked her can she clean it they tried to send me farther drive and I already drove 40 mins there

They didn't clean my room for 11 days & that was after telling them every day after I was there a week. The last time I went to inform them of this the hotel staff got mad at me! Come on! Horribly run!

Staff was nice but the room smelled like cigarettes and the window was open when we go into the room
