Pee The hallways all smelled of smoke and pee. Disgusting was unpleasantly surprised. It doesn’t take a 5 star hotel to smell decent

Terrible hotel The room was dirty as hell I will never stay there ever again!

Horrible! As soon as i walk through the front entrancei felt that it was not gonna be good. There was a dirty rug/or carpet with napkins on it at front entrance. I walk into room 304 and immediately i saw what appeared to be vomit stains on the carpet which turned me off!!!! It bothered me so bad that i couldn't sleep from the stress of it. Just so dam nasty! There is no way i would let a customer stay in that room before replacing the carpet and charging the person who stayed in there previously. I just will not come back a... read more

Breakfast was coffee, granola bars, and vending-machine muffins. Room was relatively clean, but had some wet side tables from a spilled drink. Didn't seem like the room was cleaned prior to me coming in. Place also smelled like smoke.

Water is not hot enough... Coffee should be available all times or each room should have it's own. No cups or plates but one plastic cup for 2 person.

Not very clean. Front desk staff seemed annoyed when they had to service people. Served old coffee in the morning on a few days. My room was not clean upon arrival and I had to wait an hour before I could enter my room. The trash room was not cleared out on a daily basis and my room was across the hall, so it stunk outside my room from time to time.

I left this hotel early! So disappointed with this facility. I changed rooms two times (1st room was handicap and the bathroom was so rusty with the toilet seat coming off, 2nd room had a stovetop burner on high that wouldn't turn off, and the entire wing smelled of smokers and old fried chicken oil).
