It was the worst. Shower was clogged up and disgusting. No room service. No fresh towels. Sheets felt dirty. It was just horrible. I couldn’t believe there was no housekeeping. I pay for a room so I could get my room cleaned and restocked on the daily. Cleanliness is beyond poorly.

Hotel in general in need of maintenance. Refrigerator was filthy with obvious sticky rings left behind. Shower was accumulated filth. Bed was not necessarily uncomfortable but bedding certainly was (sheet and thin blanket) Location was convenient and staff welcoming.

This is the only hotel I have ever left before the night was over. The first thing as we made our way to our room was the smell of disinfectant over vomit. The halls were dingy and dark. This made a bad impression first of. I worried as I opened the door to our room. The room was clean but the scent of disinfectant barely covered the tobacco odor in the room. Did not feel safe at this property at all nor is it a welcoming atmosphere. Room was not clean at check in. Toilet was left clogged. Blood on corner of mattress and bloodstains on bedspread. Beetles crawling on counters and ticks on the wall. T.v. shut off with the slightest bump. No coffee maker in the room. Hallways smelled terrible. Staff were heavy smokers and the smell followed them. Trash was never taken out. If you wanted clean towels you had to bring them to the front desk and hope someone was there. Bed was uncomfortable. Toilet did not flush properly. Room had a funny smell.
