Annoyed The room we where booked into wasnt cleaned. So they switched us. The second room they moved us too reaked of marijuana. They switched us a second time and this room was ok but the carpet was super dirty and the kitchen wasn't the cleanest.

It smelled of smoke, my bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, the bed wasn’t made up correctly (sheets just thrown on I’m haste), plug ins were broken, the breakfast they provide consists of only granola bars and small muffins, and the WiFi doesn’t work. I had to use my mobile hotspot so that I could do some of masters homework. I talked with the front desk and they only said, yeah, the internet here is very slow, honey.

Final Four Madness to Pleasant ness. The staff was very professional and friendly. They were easy to talk to about any issues or concerns.

The cleanliness was pretty poor. There was lots of dust. The sheets looked really used and there was spots and stuff on that should have been scrubbed out. There was a blood stain on the cover. Tv was not very reliable and the clerk at the desk was not very helpful.

Linen was dirty, carpet wasn't vacuumed, blankets had cigarette burns , roomed reeked of smoke smell, this supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Bags of Garbage left in the hallway, window was broken unable to close, tv is analog. Will never stay at another extended stay America property.

Horrible for the price. Cost was $165 / night - gouged. And the bed was probably 20 years old. Stained towels and broken tile in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend.

RUN AWAY - DO NOT GO THERE - CROOKED BUSINESS They took my money but did not have a room. Had overbooked. Luckily I was able to find a room somewhere else. I had to then fight for a refund. Horrible horrible business
