Interesting experience First time staying at an extended stay type hotel. we were not given full instructions on dealing with some items like availability of kitchen ware being available at the front desk or the fact that you have to empty your own trash. The most disappointing factor however was the lack of cleanliness of the room. It was like they had not cleaned up after the last guests. Dirty bathroom, dirty floor and dirty microwave oven.

Comfortable I appreciate the way the staff handled herself and the way the room was so well kept. I will be staying at extended stay as much as possible if I travel out of town.

Good Location, easy access. The hotel was in a good location that was easy to get to. The room was not really clean. It did not look like it had been vacuumed especially around the bed. The kitchen took a good wipe down and the table by the bed had a coffee spill that again only took a good wipe down. Didn't expect to have to clean the room myself. St. Paul visitor s Room was very large and well equiped; just what is needed for an extended stay

Room was very dirty and outdated. It was non-smoking room but smelled like cigarettes.
