Came by around 3:15pm no one was there to help waited almost 15minute before someone showed up to check me in also called earlier to se if I could check in a little early if the rooms were ready but was told there will be an additional 30$ for that.

Nope, no way!! It turns out this is not a safe area... But the worst was my refrigerator didn't work and I didn't get offered another room. The curtains wouldn't close, and the toilet was eco-friendly, which meant it kept running at odd times... In the night. Stay at one of the two other Extended Stays in the area!!

The staff was always friendly and kind. If you are loooking for a clean environment, then this is not for you. Nothing else after my next comment will matter. They have ROACHES, and know that they do. I checked out immediately after seeing it and then them. They barely take out the trash or do any housekeeping. This is not fair to take peoples hard earned money and screw them with an infestion to their property just so the hotel can make money. Room was disgusting. Could not even take a shower due to not having a handle on the tub faucet. Bathroom countertop had sticky stains and the faucet only dribbled out water. There also appeared to be a crusty vomit stain on the carpet next to the bed. Would have been further ahead if we slept in the car…

Room was dirty, no maintenance on staff or even on call. I had to fix the bathroom myself. There was hardly anyone at the front desk. The young woman in the evenings was the only competent person I met at this hotel.
