Hotel hell It was horrible... the room was dirty, broken drawers, stove broken no ice trays, no hangers, the bed was very uncomfortable I never will go back to that Extended stay again. The front desk person Was always away from the desk. Poor customer service.

Cheaper is not Always Better he hotel staff was great but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Like cleanliness. People say you get what you paid for and this is no different. The cheaper price tag came with a cheaper experience.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. My fridge didn't work, the towel shelf was coming off the wall, and I suspect my BR wasn't fully cleaned prior to my arrival because of dried urine spots under the toilet seat as well as toilet base. Also I used stairwell to come and go, there was trash that would be there for DAYS. I was there for two weeks. Fortunately I didn't need the fridge or that shelf, but I felt (especially with the BR shelf) if housekeeping goes in between every guest they'd be able to see the shelf needed fix... read more

Property gave away a free room to Simone ahead of me, who had no reservation. It took them 10 minutes to find a room for me, when I had a reservation. No one cleaned our room while we were there. Room heater did not work.
