Dennis the receptionist was amazing. I think she needs a raise.
Could be better Emergency day drip into the Minneapolis area required I spend the night. The standard room exceeded my expectation for space and layout considering the price. That said there was a pungent smell in the room I was assigned and the help desk did nothing to help. When I called hours later the lady nonchalantly said she "forgot". The bathtub had hair in it from the previous occupant. Overall housekeeping dropped the ball...

Easy Access & Home Comforts We needed a place to stay for just one night close to the airport, and we found this reservation. The staff was very nice, the rooms had a nice kitchenette, and great amenities. On-Site Laundry was a plus.
the room I liked the fact that I was able to prepare my meals instead of having to go out to eat all of the time. I had a great time there. It was central to my activities I needed to go to during the week.

At least we slept well In town to see family, got to the hotel rather late. Front desk could have been a bit nicer, than to say at 10pm after a 6 hour drive - "We have to change over the system, so we can't check you in yet". A simple, We're so glad you made it, and your room will be ready shortly. Dunno, maybe my expectations were too high for a nicer place. Thankfully, there's a nice restaurant next door, that we met our kids and had a nice chat. Back to the hotel, and had a great night's sleep. Overall, if I knew what the... read more
