Front desk was plea to. Had to always ask for everything. Never once did thing tell us our room would not be cleaned for the 10 days we were there. They could of called us and let us know that there housekeepers were not showing up and they would clean another day. I asked for the vaccum and than Paul had to unclog vaccum before anything could be done Bathroom was not cleaned.

No pool and need more vending machines and breakfast selection

The staff were helpful and professional but the building was very run-down and even my supposed smoke-free room smelled heavily of cigarettes.

It took 3 tries to get a room. Room #1 had a smoke detector going off and no dial tone on phone. 2nd room had cabinet doors open, windows open, tv stand away from the wall, and was in desperate need of vacuuming. They must have just sprayed for bugs. Room #3 was still dirty and things were broken but at least there was no signs of bugs. Side door was left unlocked all night and it looked like drug deals were constantly going on back there. Would not have stayed if it wasn't part of an Expedia package. Gross!

Room wasn’t clean. And for a smoke free hotel, it sure smelled like cigarettes. Also had a cigarette hole in our blanket and on the carpet. Would never stay here again. (Staff was friendly though)
