Fabulous friendly desk clerk, comfy bed First of all, the desk clerk "Jody" was fabulous. She was very friendly and enthusiastic, and we had a nice chat with her. From observing her interacting with other customers, she seems to be well-loved and we could see why. The room was functional, and the bed much more comfortable than I expected for such a utilitarian-type place. The room was generally clean, and my sole complaint was that the cloth shower curtain smelled stale and needed a good washing with bleach. In such a humi... read more

OK for smaller families - good service! Rooms in general OK, but not the cleanest in the business. Great service by staff when presented by a booking challenge: Problemsolving when booking went wrong: had to communicate both with bookling agent and hotel front desk simultaneously.

Great Experience The staff makes it work...totally. So easy to accommodate all requests. Nice place for the price, but again it's all about the people.

everything was great, except the face that there was not a non-smoking room available

It was almost perfect. One of the stove elements didn't work, the frig wasn't cold so food went bad, and bed lamp didn't work. Overall the hotel was great. The staff provided outstanding service.

Short stay Hotel is adequate and nothing to rave about. While u get a kitchenette, u have to ask for all supplies. Morning snack is " grab & go" stuff & no beverage provided past 9:30. For price, I've gotten more amenities in regular hotel. Was out at meetings a lot so served its purpose.

Average Hotel for Short Stay I'm sure this hotel would be great for staying there for a week with the full kitchen suite, but I just needed it for a night. Counter tops weren't very clean, staff was barely existent, and the grab and go breakfast was oranges, granola bars, muffins and coffee. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone looking for a night or two but I'm sure that it's good for a long stay. Very average hotel.
