Filthy The room was disgusting! There was a dirty used towel hanging in the shower when I arrived, food crumbs and spilt coffee on the kitchenette floor, and the room smelt of stale body odor. 5 out of the 7 lights did not work. It was just a gross experience.

It was in a nice location. The elevator wasn’t in the best condition.

Disappointed and refunded There was no sheet on my bed and no directory to contact the front desk. They switched my room but then couldn’t get the New rooms door to open. The front desk attendant helped me get it open (handle went a different way...). Once we were in the room the window was left open by the cleaning crew, so it was cold and the room smelt like smoke.
