The only positive is that the rooms are nice. Other than that everything is disappointing. The rules of the place are weird as a guest do not get a housekeeping service unless staying more than a week. This means no cleaning for the room and rearranging for the bed sheets for example if you stay 6 nights. If a guest needs new towels, he should bring the used ones to the reception and take new ones and put them back in his room by himself. Kevin at the front desk was super friendly and patient and very good at dealing with people. The property itself on the other hand is disgusting. The parking lot of full of garbage. Our toilet seat was broken and get this...there wasn't a SHOWER CURTAIN!! I couldn't believe it. This property is one that Extended Stay should probably review for an overhaul.
