Needs some work Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean, parking was good, quiet location. Our biggest problem was that our key did not work in the door. Nor did the master key. We were promised that it would be repaired the next morning but by the time we checked out three days later it had still not been repaired. This sort of thing is unacceptable. Below average Tv is analog. Breakfast advertised as continental was a few items. Room sticky floor, hair in mattess cover and shower.

Hotel is not up to standard offerings elsewhere. Beds were nice but that is all. Property is old and tired. TV was dated and furniture in the room was dated.

Staff was accommodating to desire for a late check out. However, damp towels were awaiting my in the bathroom.

There was only 1 pillow on the bed, which was very hard. The bed was hard. Did not get a good nights sleep.
