Review It was alright overrall. The heater was broken, everytime we turned it on it made a weird sound so just had it off the rest of the night. There was no trash bin in the room. Kinda smelled like smoke.

Rather disappointed with Extended Stay America My wife and I have stayed at Extended Stays in the past, but this was the first time we wish we hadn't. While it was conveniently located near to restaurants, gas stations, etc., that was the only good thing it had going for it. When we first arrived, I discovered the windows to our room were left wide open, and when it's early November in Minnesota it's rather cool; our room was 45 degrees! Hotel was pleasant enough that I would stay there again and wouldn't recommend against anyone staying there. It was a last-minute booking so the room had to be prepared before we could occupy. 2 issues: The first was I could not control the temperature of the room which was colder than I wanted. Even after alerting the front desk about it remained colder without the ability to control the temperature. The second issue was that the room was not made-up. IDK The room was not the cleanest. No ice or vending machines for the late night travelers. Very strong smoke odor even for a smoker. By the time we woke up we had missed the fruit ans muffin/coffee break. Just thought you would have done more i.e Residence Inn.
