This hotel was not clean at all. The first room we were given had a plugged toilet.. it was disgusting. When we went to complain we were switched to a different room that had pee all over the seat of the toilet. Clearly employees do not clean these at all. There was dust and fingerprints everywhere on the desks as well as stains on the pillowcases, ceiling and chairs. I would never go back to this hotel, it clearly isn’t upkept.

Very unhappy. They gave our room away. Sent us to a sister property which was disgusting and dirty. It was in a very unsafe area and we walked out and had to find another hotel. Now I have to try to get the charges reversed in my credit card.

Satisfactory, not stellar! I stayed overnight, and chose this hotel for it's short travel distance to the airport. The room was comfortable, but the sounds in the neighboring rooms, and hallway were loud. Echoed. I found leftover food in the refrigerator from previous occupants. Failed to receive a requested wake-up call from the front desk.

Room conditions were terrible, bathroom was dirty, the condition of the kitchenette was bad. The cabinets were falling apart, unclean.

Don't stay at this gross, disgusting hotel! Do not stay here, especially if you have children. This is an awful hotel...dirty, unsafe, and smelly. From check-in to check-out nothing was as pictured or as described and nothing worked. Except for the fire alarm- it started going off shortly after we arrived. Someone finally called the fire department, but they couldn't find the problem and left! We spent the night waiting for a fire to start. We did not feel safe at all! Kevin was the main staff member we worked with and he was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Room is small but exactly what we needed. Good walking distance to various stores and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend.
