Stay away! The conditions of this hotel were the worst I have ever experienced. The room was so dirty with something smothered all over the floor. The whole place smelled of smoke and grease. I went to the front desk and said I would not stay. The front desk person said she understood and refunded my room, well I’m still waiting for confirmation on my CC statement that the room was credited. This should not be listed as hotel. Nothing. I room was bare bones, the carpet had large burn marks. The room had a small kitchenette in it, but there was nothing else, not even any plastic or paper cups. The hotel didn’t even have an ice machines, or any type of vending machines. If you want anything more than a bed, don’t stay here. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk to check, so I wasn’t even able to get a receipt.

Needs work The lobby smelled of stale cigarette smoke, our room had a big stain on the wall and the counter and table had crumbs on them. Somebody was clearly smoking weed in the hallway by the door. The staff was very friendly and gave us a full refund.

The hotel was fine for a very short stay and close to the airport. But there was no process for checking out early, before 6. We just left, unsure of whether we actually checked out.

I've stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels and they were fine - no frills, comfortable lodging for a reasonable price. This Eagan location, however, was awful. My room was filthy and dilapidated. I would sleep on the floor of the airport before staying here again. I would sleep in my car before staying here again. Avoid.
