The hotel overall has an awful smell, the bath towels don’t even look white , the tv stand was all broken , the bathroom door had a whole on it terrible.

Bug Infested rooms! This hotel had bed bugs and then tried to blame us for them and we just moved into a new from a room that had roaches I even had to kill the damn thing and recorded it! When I reported this to staff the young lady at the desk was very rude and told me and my fiance to “go to their other hotel where they have more bugs” her words exactly! Stay away from this property if possible, first room we got had a half eaten pizza slice on the counter, they tv was on and the bed weren’t made. It seemed like that room was either not vacated completely or had just not been cleaned at all after check out. Not only was there food on the counter but immediately as soon as opening the door we got a foul smell coming from the bathroom that was right by the door, whoever had used that bathroom last was just nasty. It’s pretty dingey and honestly kind of scary inside. Like a haunted escape room. Staff was immediately bothered by the fact we had to check in or that we had to change rooms since none of the lights worked in the first room. The men in my travel group were scared of the hotel and trust me they don’t get scared easily. The whole in the bathtub was covered by clear scotch tape so none of us felt comfortable in the bathroom. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were bed bugs but luckily there wasn’t.
