Brutal from A to Z Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at throughout my business travel. Room was dirty (stains on countertop, hairs on bed, etc.), heard a constant ring tone as if the room next door had the phone off of the receiver, drink machines were out of order, remote for TV missing batteries, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Take my advice and spend your money and night somewhere else.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Everywhere you looked it was filthy dirty, even the floors in the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terribly lumpy. Front desk staff was rude and short, not friendly. I will never stay at this chain again.

Accidently booked 10 nights instead of 1. Staff would not help, and charged for full 10 nights even though I only stayed one.

It is what it is The beds are comfy the rooms could use a little deeper cleaning. The elevator and hallways were dirty most the time period in the front entryway food station needs to be cleaned regularly
