It's more of a long term housing place than a hotel. The front desk is very limited, doesn't open until 9 and will charge a fee if you leave your card in the room and need a new one. It's very basic, and you have to go through a phone service with menu tree to get someone to respond at the front desk. No exchanging a dirty towel, one towel per room, absolute minimum service

The hotel had roaches and the manager was leaving the hotel and did nothing to compensate me for this

There was hair on the bed and in the shower. During check in, they said I didn’t pay through Expedia and had to pay again, then had to go through Expedia to get a refund. There were boxelder bugs in the room. Three times there was an extremely loud mechanical sound coming from the room next door. There was a finger food smudge on the remote. No staff at night. Couldn’t wait to leave the next day.

Dont Stay Here!! Very dissapointed. Checked in, went to our room and turned back around and informed them that we would not be staying. The elevator was filthy, the floor we were supposed to be staying on smelled like weed, there was dirt and hair and fuzz on our reserved room's floor. We were getting away for the weekend with our 11 month old and cant have him crawling around picking things off the floor our whole stay, not to mention smelling weed. A bit disappointing Very loud after 11pm. A little dirty. No one at the front desk at night.

Terrible customer service, rude and not welcoming. Room was clean, but little things like floor molding strip peeling off and few amenities. Very basic hotel but we were only staying 1 night so Ok. Plenty of parking. You don't feel welcome here...benches out front labeled "do not sit here", clerk didn't acknowledge us standing there, and walked away mid checkin without explanation, insisted in ID from everyone in party, not just the person checking in, etc. But location is convenient to airport. There was cockroaches and bed bugs and they would not refund my money it was the worst experience of my life
