best deal I could find I took the kids to Valley Fair for three days we checked in our room it was a good size room with a kitchen and alot for storage area and it was clean went to supper market and got food for weekend it was a nice place for the price we ate our meals there witch save me the cost of the room rather then eating out
Nice service The first room we were assigned had a closet door needing repair. I called the front desk and was assigned a new room. It was a hassle to move our gear to a new room, but it worked out better. We didn't stay much at the hotel as the wedding took most of our time. The young people at the desk were very helpful and friendly. THe location was convenient for us and easy to find
Nice hotel Nice hotel for the price. Loved Fuddruckers right next door. Asked for rear room to view preserve - nice view.
No room service until You’ve been there for 2 weeks. I put my can with trash in it outside my door for the help that was in the next room to throw it out and put my can back in my room. I came back from work, the can was back in my room with the trash still in it. I checked out and went to Hyatt Place.

Very slim breakfast, not even a piece of fruit. The cabinet door fell off, the handle to the sink fell off, no hair dryer, stains on the carpet, and cockroaches present in the room.

I didn’t even get to stay because they didn’t have my reservation since I book through a 3rd party. I wouldn’t have even wanted to stay if I could it smelt like a casino. The front desk person was disrespectful and unhelpful

Horrible experience. Our party had a wedding so we were unable to check in until after 12 am which the front desk knew during the day. We show up to check in a little after 12 am and there is no record of my booking.
