Even though it says smoke free rooms has cigar smell. No pots or pans in kitchen and staff says they don’t have enough to give it in all rooms. Breakfast is just some blueberry muffins. No other options. Oven in the room works if you are lucky when you click on start. For me it worked 2 times 😂

2/10..Would not stay here!! Would not recommend this stay to anyone. The room although was spacious with two beds but the bathroom was disgusting. As if it was not cleaned in a while. At least expected a little bit of cleanliness even if the rating for this place was not the greatest. The front desk manager was not helpful at all. Was waiting at the front desk forever before I was helped. They literally have no water available on site or even an ice machine. How are the guests supposed to drink water then?? There were pubic hairs piled up by the bathtub faucet. A framed photo was broken with a large chunk of glass sticking out next to the bed. A lady was screaming at reception over her key cards not working and things had gone missing from her room.

This is the message I sent the hotel and still have not heard from them. We stayed only one night and checked out at 10:00am. “We checked in yesterday and the room we were given is very dirty. The kids feet were dirty in minutes from walk on the floor barefoot, there is mold in the shower, the bathroom sink faucet is dirty, we can't close the bathroom door, there was food on the counter and the walls, and one of the cabinet doors is falling off its hinges. Room was unclean. Sink had old food still in it that didn’t go down the drain. Bath tub had dirt and mold in it. Found someone’s old fingernail in one of the beds.

Room was filthy. Bugs coming in the window. Window and screen were broken. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a smoke free room.
