My husband and daughter arrived and no one was there to greet them at the front. They had to call a number to get there. The front entrance smelled like smoke and was dirty and needed an upgrade. The building smelt like fish at times when people are cooking, at times it smelt like marijuana, and other cooking foods. The room was dirty. There was crumbs under the bed cobwebs on the windows stains in the tub. Bed was clean. Person working at the front gave off creepy vibes. But the price was low so we got what we paid for.

It was dirty, smelled, no kitchen amenities, no cups, coffee, Ice. So dirty i could not shower. No soap. Domestic violence was all night and the front desk did nothing. You can get a high by just walking in.

We arrived at 12:30 am after a long drive to discover they no longer had our room reserved. We were going to settle for a different room arrangement when the computer system began to update. We were told unapologetically that we’d have to wait half an hour to get a room. Exhausted and frustrated, we went to the hotel next door.

This property needs an update and cleaning. The bathtub and sink finish was peeling. There were bugs in the kitchen. Front desk wasn’t willing to help but Expedia did right away!!

Bedbugs and double charges This was a bad stay from start to finish. The guy who checked me in charged me $92 despite me already paying on hotels.com When I double checked and told him he said someone else with my surname had reservations and that was the mistake- his supervisor would refund in the morning The room I got wasn't the one I booked and I got bed bug bites (avoid 113 if you're staying here!) luckily there were 2 beds and the other seemed ok The lady I saw in the morning was more helpful and is looking into it wit... read more

Terrible hotel, please avoid I had much higher expectations but this hotel was terrible. The staff behind the counter didn’t even realize I had walked up to the desk at first because he was too busy playing on his phone in the office. When he did finally notice me, he didn’t say one word to me through the entire check-in process. There was a violent domestic assault a couple rooms down from mine. Front desk had to call the police and it was very frightening. The walls shook and the thumping and things i heard that night i will never be able to get out of my head.

Property is very run down. I understand its an older building, however it should be better kept. Our beds were broken, we walked in and it smelled of urine. Wasnt very impressed

I had to switch rooms once i checked in due to the kitchen drawers that were broken and hanging and the cabinet door was off the hinge and the room that i switched to was not much better
