No hot water and a rude desk employee when asked about this unexpected issue

Dirty room, AC didn’t work and heated room to 85F, floors gross and has stuff on them, walls and surfaces and not been wiped down and had old food stains

When I got to the hotel there was no oone there. They had left a sign saying they would be back shortly. After 10 minutes I used the phone in the entry way so some came to the desk. He didnt say hi or look at me. Gruffly asked for my license. I was clearly an omposition. The entry way, elevator and floor in the hotel room were filthy. They only reason I didnt leave was because i had a busy schedule and didnt have to find another place.

No one at front desk to check me in. Was irrritated that I called for someone to come and check me in. Other staff was friendly The place was filthy. Someone had a big dog in their room that barked. Young kids running down hall screaming and laughuling at 1:30 am Extended stay hotel...

Save your money- don’t stay here !! the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. And in disrepair big time.

Unhappy The place was not clean. Front of kitchenette drawer missing, side of fridge dirty, tub not clean, stairwell dirty.
