LOST RESERVATION Didn't stay. Got to the hotel to check in and there was no reservation in their system. So I had to book somewhere else. Even though I had an email with confirmation number and everything. Was not very impressed with that whole situation.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The property and it’s amenities could use a bit more of an upgrade. For example the two luggage carts had flat tires, making them unusable. The bathroom shower had mold in the grouting, The tub was concave from years of use, and the drain was clogged, draining slowly. The refrigerator didn’t close well, with the seal needing to be replaced. The cabinets in the kitchen were worn with the molding loose and coming off in places.

Didn’t have. Room even though booked and confirmed. Said rooms under “maintenance”. Very dirty and terrible service.

Double billing scam Double billed AGAIN! Rude as can be and refused to work out the mis-billing. Interesting because another customer overheard and said they did same to him! Must be a scam.

The room was dirty, shower was full of mold, bathroom was dirty..

I like that it was easy to get to and staff was friend. However I didn't like that under the bed was dirty because it then made me think that the sheets were dirty as well. I was smelling paint the whole time. Manager or guy at the front desk gave me 25$ back after i complained.
