The hotel did not have a record of my room reservation through Expedia which made the check-in process and my stay disappointing with additional cost incurred due to Expedia's fault and no option offered by Expedia for a direct refund for the extra cost and trouble I had to endure.

Huge wads of hair all over the floor, mold on walls, noisy, uncomfortable.

Our room was dirty and stains all over the ceiling. The bath also the same thing it's a beautiful building from the outside, but this place needs to be renovated. We was only in our room for 5 minutes and we check out.

I have stayed at this property for the past 3 years and never had a poor experience like this recent stay. I feel like the property has gotten worse and the staff has zero customer service. I called days in advance to inform the property that I was arriving late. When we did arrive the front desk clerk was impossible to understand and was not very helpful. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful.It felt a bit grim and unsafe. Was very happy to leave. I guess this is just a very low budget place. Wear shoes, carpets are a bit sticky under feet!
