Violent Violetta Violets is the least professional individual I’ve ever come across in the hotel business . Pounding on the door 2 hours before check out to “see if we were still there.”

The bed had someone else’s hair in it, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, it was filthy. There were hairs, including pubic hairs, on the bathroom walls. Curtains didn’t work. The microwave didn’t work. There was no safe for valuables. The deadbolt was busted and barely hanging on. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. The experience was terrible for me. We booked the hotel online and when we reached there, the man on the front desk was not at all trained. He was not knowing what was he doing. We told him that we booked the hotel online and he said the room I booked was not available which is ok. We told him to give us any room which is available as it was too late and we were really tired. He asked us for our ID and he didn't even know where to find address on the ID. Sub par Hallways were dirty due to construction. Our room floor had sticky spots & a clump of hair left behind.

Check in staff very friendly. The facility appears to house welfare families for long periods of time. This place is run down and needs to be upgraded asap. The first night there was an attempted suicide. Do your self a favor and stay at another motel in the area.

Dirty, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom tub looked disgusting, the towels were dirty brown and were stiff, I went to get more towels at the reception and I was there for 15 minutes and no one answered, the person who helped me was very rude and angry. as a tourist from my country and I have a bad experience from this hotel
