We didn't get the room Expedia booked for us. I was very disappointed in the rooms. We booked 2 queen bed non smoking and all they had available was 2 double bed smoking. The rooms need major updating. I was not very happy with the hotel at all!!! They did not clean our room daily and the staff made a comment that..."we are NOT the Marriott".

The Stay Where I Wouldn't Extended IT IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT! Don't stay at this place the nastiest ever. #DEAD.

Not worth the money! No comfortable chair to sit on. Sink stopper did not hold water. I could not find drinking glasses. Window curtins would not close completely. One light fixture did not work.

grounds are well manicured We were in town for try outs for the Voice. The front desk man Steve seemed overwhelmed being the only one around 6pm with a small office, a room full of guest, and phone calls. But he handled it well. The room was not the most updated, i am one that will clean our room, i bring cleaning products, disinfectant, our own washcloths, towels, sheets and pillows. better from the outside It was good for a nights sleep but that was it. My room needed a good cleaning. The location is great.

Close to destination, but not clean Saff is excellent, but bathroom reminded me of a gas station. It needs to be remodeled as soon as possible. Would I stay there again? No!!!!

Nice people, but not very clean. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. However, the bathroom was somewhat dirty and the tv didn't work in the room.
