Not the Taj Mahal but not a bad value I have stayed here numerous times in the past 10-15 years. Does the whole place need a bit of an update and upgrade, probably yes. But their staff has always been polite friendly and helpful. The rooms have never been horrible, again just a bit outdated. The prices are almost always very reasonable and all the rooms are outside or however you describe it, but as a smoker that is a plus cause I can walk out of my room and walk 10 feet from the door to smoke instead of having to navigate h... read more
The room was a last minute stay. We had a puppy that we were traveling with and at first they had us on the 2nd floor. With the puppy I didn't want to use the stairs for potty breaks. I would have had to carry her. So the nice lady at the front desk moved us to a ground floor room. So much better. Room was covered in spider webs and spiders. Guess it had not been booked in a long time.
