There was a major problem checking in. I was told I can check in over the phone and arrive after 11pm and get the key so that’s what I did. Upon arriving closer to midnight the staff on duty told me nothing was left for me and I didn’t have a room in the system. So I was basically homeless! I asked to charge my phone because it was literally dead and while I was searching for nearby hotels to check into, the man found the key for me that the previous employee left. Big and spacious room Great room! Plenty of space! Just a few updates are needed but nothing major. We had a great stay. Staff was very accommodating
