Rotating rooms Front desk was very helpful. I had reserved king suite non smoking. Somehow we were assigned a room which smelled heavily of smoke. Front desk staff reassigned us to a room with only a bed and no pull out couch. We wrre then reassigned to a king suite that was perfect. Bath tub was not clean so couldn't give a better score.
