Bad Stay Bad experience. The room was smell n not in good condition ( the bath room floor was peeled off). I had to wait extra 15 and called 1-800 2 times.

Wouldn’t stay here again due to the problems surrounding the area and the process to receive my deposit back has been an outrageous process.

Won’t stay again My flight was postponed, and before I was in TN I got a call from the office stating it was too late to check in and I lost my room. After asking why and sharing my room was already paid for why it was cancelled, he said I was too late. When I arrived there was no concierge service doors and the front lobby was locked. I called the emergency phone and when someone arrived, he was very rude. I eventually got my room and walked down to find dead bugs in my tub and kitchen. No thanks!

Gross We checked into the room went to get dinner came back to the room and there were bugs! We did not stay the night

I pay for a room that it was available online and when I got there it was sold out. The lobby was closed and you have to communicate trough a phone they have outside se lobby and they took time to answer, and the place gives bad vibes

If you’re a smoker and you’re not into housekeeping for your rooms, then this is a perfect place otherwise food and fridge spiders carpet but they let pets so this is a pet hotel. Good luck.
