The room was nice and clean. The attendant working the desk, I believe she was the GM, was super nice and professional. She handles a rude customer with poise and professionalism.

No elevator This hotel does. It have an elevator. I was given a third floor room. Their site did not mention the absence of an elevator. I did not ask. Why didn’t I ask? For the same reason I don’t ask if the tv I’m buying is a color tv. The clerk immediately gave me a refund and for that I thank her. This is a motel not a hotel.

About what I expected, but the room smelled a little musty. However, it was clean. The breakfast was a bit more sparse than I anticipated (granola bars, oatmeal packets, packaged muffins), but they had coffee and it was pretty good. I would stay there again for a short or overnight stay. Just not a lot of extras to draw me in for a longer stay.
