The location is good, the premises are clean. At check-in it was said that the linkage between expedia and ESA creates some problems. Case in point - there was no room for me at the property I booked, but directly across the street was another ESA and I stayed there. One odd thing - the shower curtain rod was installed too high which made the curtain too short and water ended up on the bathroom floor from showers.
Disappointing Although the staff was friendly, the room made this hotel a no-go for me in the future. There was a ton of hair in the sink that wasn’t mine, there were bugs on the floor of the kitchen area, and the toilet wouldn’t flush (it wasn’t clogged). Besides that, it was clear that it had been a long time since the room had been thoroughly cleaned as there was dust and grime in visible places.
