Eh, ok. Good area. Good area. Room wasn’t super clean. Stair ways were covered in cigarette buds. Pretty good service though.
The hotel is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Perfect distance for me. The staff was awesome. Really friendly and professional. After driving 5+ hrs we ended up getting there before check in. They allowed us to drop our bags in the room. Well there were some issues with the room that made it seem like whoever checked/cleaned the room after the last folks that staid didn’t do their job in fully cleaning and preparing the room as well as notifying the office of the issues. Small lobby - only bar soap provided in room - breakfast was limited/prepackaged items
its just a room for the night only stayed there because it was available and cheaper than the rest because of hurricane Michael I usually stay at a better hotel chain
Meh Beds were two different sizes and hard as a rock. Room wasn’t clean. Hair in the tub. No elevators and our room was on the 3rd floor.
The pictures made the room seem more updated and bigger.
Not a nice place. Hotel was very sparse. No dishes as stated. Only one electrical in the room worked, the others would not hold a plug. Killed roaches in the tub. The front desk clerk kept telling us that she was wondering why her relief wasn’t there at 11pm.
