Great hotel and greater customer service Great location and very great prices. It was close enough to go downtown in Nashville easily, but also avoid that traffic and cost! (And it's a very nice town) Room had some issues (a broken access panel and shower drain stop) but nothing major, and it was fairly stylish and comfy. Staff was very friendly. Nice for the price:) People were great, nice area. Bed was clean but very hard and not comfortable, nice little kitchen we didn’t use, chairs at the table were nasty, bathroom looked newly remodeled and nice. Overall was nice for the price!

Mixed experience The staff person at check in was great. The room was not so good. There were ants in our room on the credenza and something was in my bed and bit me at night. The room smelled and the carpet was dirty. I would not go back despite the good location and reasonable price.
