Wishing it was better The staff was not very helpful or friendly. On 2 separate occasions the door was opened without anyone even knocking. There was a lot of trash under the beds.

Disappointed Stayed because it was close to the airport. Elevator was broken. Maybe they couldn't get it fixed that day, but there was not one cup in the room. Both lights near the bed didn't work. Called down to the desk. Staff was friendly but never fixed the lights. No list of TV stations. Had to channel surf instead. Couldn't print boarding pass. Won't stay there again.

Great location within the city. The front desk clerk was I believe her name was Lee. She was wonderful and made my trip!

Great Hotel The staff was wonderful, room was clean, location was convenient. Brittany and the manager Laureal were very nice.

Renovations Staff was very friendly and helpful, would gladly come back because of the customer service. The room was not very clean, bathroom had black liquid stains over the wall. however the locations great near hotel and convenient food venues and 15-20mins away for Quarter.
