The room had a very musty smell. They do not clean the rooms very good. Tons of trash was stuffed under the bed like food wrappers, drink bottles. The bathroom was the nicest area of it all. I will say nice showers, good water pressure and drainage unlike other hotels in the area

The front desk and staff were friendly and professional. They were awesome! The room we stayed in on the other hand had numerous small issues, AC was falling apart, missing lightbulbs, dirty (hair) in the bathtub. We were tired so instead of asking for another room we just cleaned up and settled in...
The front desk agent was wonderful! She was so friendly. I was disappointed in the condition of the hotel. It felt kind of sketchy.

There is rarely a front counter person. Someone is around in the back office area but I prefer an attendant at the desk to handle check in and check out. Also the kitchenette has nothing like dinnerware or cooking ware etc. was expecting at least a coffee pot and coffee in the room. But the rooms are clean and the hallways are quite. Grounds around the facility are clean and in order.
