I had a issue with bugs in the room.

My stays at extended stay are always good. I really can’t complain about the smoke smell because your staff explains the smoking rules. There are just some people who don’t comply. Keep up the good work.

High pt is kitchenette...all else fails The mattress in 113 smelled like urine. Roach greeted us upon entry. Service was prompt and accommodating in the midst of issues
