Cautious The stay was good the only thing was the latch on the door was broken thats need to be repaired I was goin to ask for another room but I always travel a lot and book many hotel so when things like this happens I always come prepare for my safety an bring my (extended latch) to make sure the door is secure and their no ice machine even though its says extended stay and they have ice trays they should still have a ice machine in the facility

1st couple days no hot water and trying to get service was like pulling teeth however after the1st wk it got to be an amazing stay

Very dark enterance...not really handicap accessible.

The breakfast wasn't good

Not so good! It was not exactly as advertised. There really was not a breakfast included. No good, only beverages…coffee and hot chocolate. When we asked about a grab and go bag, we were given a small wrapped chocolate muffin. There was not an ice machine and the ice trays in the refrigerator-freezer leaked. The bathroom looked like it was not clean and the toilet did not flush well.

The pictures at time of booking seems false. The location did not look like pictures in person. And a sour odor throughout the hotel.
